Georgian fusion cuisine. We reinterpret traditional Georgian cooking with a contemporary touch, in a menu designed for sharing.

Everything homemade, down to the bread. Sauces, jam, pickles — everything is made in-house. Our Georgian shoti bread is baked daily in the Tone, a traditional Georgian oven built exclusively for Deda’s.

A wide selection of Georgian wines. We work with small Georgian wineries to bring you closer, glass by glass, to one of the world’s oldest wine cultures.

Our Story

Three women, one origin

Led by three Georgian women, we reinterpret 8,000 years of history through a modern lens. UNESCO-recognized winemaking and bread-baking traditions are no longer museum exhibits — they are living, breathing experiences served on your plate.

Bread & Tradition

The Tone: our traditional Georgian oven.

Shoti bread is hand-pressed directly onto the clay walls of our vertical Tone, a traditional Georgian oven built exclusively for Deda’s. No moulds, no timers — just the skill of someone who has done this for years.
